Ming sees numbers in design, and designs in the complex financial models that drive commercial building projects. She leans on more than a decade of professional experience that started with raising and structuring finance for construction of start-up restaurants to recently helping secure over $100 million to bring life to several projects in Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon. Her insights are grounded by Executive Studies at Stanford University, and a Masters degree in Information Management from the University of Washington. Ming has a proven track record counseling high net worth investors as a CPA. As a co-founder, Ming now splits her time between overseeing Vibrant Cities’ financial portfolio and researching small-footprint living to gratify her passion for green construction.
